Sillwright is built for a custom home or design-build firm where the owners still take the first call, and where the first question a prospect has is what the house will cost.

The site answers that before the call. Process explains the two contracts, a paid design and pricing stage followed by a fixed-price build, and the homepage shows cost per m² from real contracts. Every project has a spec sheet and a week-by-week build log, each service lists what the fixed price covers, and Start a project qualifies the enquiry in three short steps. The team page, a journal and a planning guide sign-up round it out.

The design system covers colour and spacing tokens, a single Archivo type scale that uses the width axis for hierarchy, and every component with its states. Layer names follow Client First conventions, so the names become your classes.
