Refund policy
Templates are downloads, so sales are final. If a file is broken or not what the page described, you get your money back.
- The short version
A template is a file you download and keep, so sales are final once you have it. The exception: if the file is broken, missing something it was sold with, or plainly not what the product page described, you get your money back.
You can open a preview of every template on its product page before buying, so you know what you are getting.
- When we refund
Within 14 days of purchase, email us and we will refund in full if the file will not open, pages or a design system listed on the product page are missing, or the file does not match what the page described.
We will usually offer to fix the file first. If the fix does not solve it, or you would rather not wait, you get the refund.
- When we do not refund
Changing your mind after downloading, buying the wrong template, or deciding the design is not to your taste. The full preview is there so you can check first.
Needing the template for a second website. That is a second licence, not a refund.
- Paid twice by accident
Email us and we will refund the duplicate straight away. No 14-day limit on this one.
- How to ask
Email magnaem@moirai.studio with your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt and a line about what went wrong. A screenshot helps but is not required.
We reply within one business day. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who took the payment, and the money usually reaches your card or PayPal within 5 to 10 business days.
- Rather ask before you buy
If you are unsure whether a template fits your project, email magnaem@moirai.studio first. Questions about a specific client setup are welcome, and the answer is sometimes no.
