Privacy policy
No analytics, no tracking, no mailing list. The only details we hold are the ones that come with an order or an email.
- The short version
This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Browsing is anonymous.
The only personal details we ever see are the ones attached to an order or an email you send us.
- Who is responsible
Magnaem Studio, Windhoek, Namibia, runs this site and the Moirai library. For anything about your data, email magnaem@moirai.studio.
- When you browse
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps short-lived server logs including IP addresses, to serve pages and block abuse. We do not read them to identify anyone.
Template images are served by Sanity, which hosts the content for the site. Your browser may store small technical preferences locally, and nothing is sent to us.
- When you buy
Checkout runs on Lemon Squeezy, which sells the templates as the merchant of record. You give them your name, email address, billing country and payment details. We never see your card details.
We receive your name, email address, country and what you bought, so we can support the purchase, answer questions and handle refunds. That is all we keep, for as long as tax records require.
- When you email us
Your email address and whatever you write sit in our mailbox. We use them to answer you, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
- No marketing email
We do not send newsletters or release announcements, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
- Who else handles your data
Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payment, tax and file delivery. Vercel for hosting. Sanity for the content behind the site. Google, as the email provider for our mailbox.
Each one keeps your data only to provide that service. They have their own privacy policies.
- Your rights
Email magnaem@moirai.studio to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply within one business day and act within 30 days.
Order records we must keep for tax purposes are the one thing we cannot delete on request.
- Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
