What you can do with a Moirai template
Buying a template gives you permission to use it for one website. The design itself still belongs to Magnaem Studio. Here are the terms in plain language, with the full text underneath.
You may
- Use the template for one website, for yourself or for one client.
- Change anything. Colours, type, layout, copy, structure. It is a starting point.
- Charge your client whatever you charge. The licence does not cap what you bill.
- Build it in any tool. Webflow, an agent, Astro, hand-written code.
- Using it for another client? Buy it again. Each purchase is one licence.
You may not
- Resell, redistribute or sublicense the file, modified or not.
- List it on any marketplace, template shop, or file-sharing site.
- Use one licence across several client projects.
- Share the file with anyone outside the team building that one website.
- Pass the design system off as your own product.
The licence in full
- Licence grant
- Each purchase is one licence, and one licence covers one website. You may build that website, show it to a client, and put it live.
- Ownership
- Magnaem Studio owns the design, the design system, and all files in the download. The licence does not transfer ownership.
- Client work
- You may build a site for a client under your licence and charge for your work. The client may own the finished site. Neither of you may reuse the template on another project without buying it again.
- Reselling
- The files may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed or given away in any form, including as part of another product.
- No warranty
- The files are provided as they are. Magnaem Studio is not liable for anything that happens downstream of the design.
- Termination
- Breaking these terms ends the licence. You stop being permitted to use the files; sites already live are not affected.
