Tacit is drawn for a coaching firm whose client is a company, not a person. The demo content is a practice of thirty-four coaches selling into HR and talent teams, and every page is built around the same argument: say what you measure, say what stays private, and say what happens when it goes wrong.

Both sides of the sale get a path. The buyer gets a page on how coaches are matched, a page on what the sponsor will and will not be told, a measurement page with three fixed dates, and published rates with nothing added later. The people being coached get profiles with real credentials, what each coach ran before they coached it, and the engagements they talk through in a first meeting.

The category is a starting point, not a limit. Any practice sold to an organisation rather than an individual fits these pages without redrawing them: leadership development and training, therapy and wellbeing networks, mentoring programmes, professional services, and any advisory business that has to show a sponsor what changed. Coaches become practitioners or facilitators; programmes become courses or engagements; the measurement pages become whatever evidence your buyer asks for.

The design system covers colour and spacing tokens with desktop and mobile modes, a Newsreader and Schibsted Grotesk type scale where the serif is reserved for headings, and 22 components with their states. Twenty-one pages are drawn at both breakpoints, including the enquiry confirmation, 404, terms and privacy. Layer names follow Client First conventions, so the names become your classes.
